Music off the Back Porch season finale

The final “Music off the Back Porch” of the 2026 season was held last Friday night behind the Park House Museum. The monthly music series, which started in May, was a fundraiser for the museum. The last performances of this year were by Compass Rose (above) and EdPiano Piano & Vocals (below). Organizer John McDonald will now shift his focus to a similar event known as “Friday Night Live,” with the venue for that being St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Amherstburg. “Friday Night Live” is scheduled to resume Oct. 23 with the performers to be announced in the coming weeks.
