Open Air Weekends underway for the 2026 season
The first bagpipe parade, led by the Scottish Society of Windsor pipe band, was held last Friday night with students from local elementary schools following along. Pressure on Essex-Windsor EMS service continues - says chief
Operational pressures continue for Essex-Windsor EMS. Essex-Windsor EMS Chief Justin Lammers presented a report during last Wednesday’s meeting of Essex County council that summarized 2025 operations. “The report reflects a system operating under sustained pressure with demand workforce capacity and infrastructure,” said Lammers.
