Daniel G. Talbot

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Dan after a courageous battle with cancer. Dan was a loving father to his daughters Danielle (Brad Phillips) and Kelly (Steve Greenham). He was proudly known as “Pipi” to his cherished grandchildren: Ben, Audrey and Sadie. 

Dan was predeceased by his beloved wife, Marjorie (nee Allen) in 2019; his loving parents Leo And Barbara Talbot and his brother Wayne Talbot. Dan was further welcomed into peace by his deeply loved in-laws, Ivan and Catherine Allen of Amherstburg, Ontario. Dan is also survived by his companion, Sherri Deneau. Dan grew up in a large family with eight brothers and sisters. 

Dan will be deeply missed by his siblings: Elaine Manser, Maureen Allen, Colleen Durham, Leo Talbot, Randy Talbot, Nadine Janisse and Jackie Allen. Throughout his life, Dan was a dedicated employee of Chrysler for forty two years, which during this time made and kept many lifelong friends. Above all, Dan’s greatest joy was his family. His memory lives on through his daughters and their families. Following Dan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of Dan’s life will take place at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations can be made to Erie Shores Hospice.
