Ron Rousseau

Passed away peacefully on August 9, 2026, at 72 years of age, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Welsh) for 51 years. Loving father of Sean and Sebastian. Precious pépé of Lunaria and Noah. Beloved son of Corinne and the late Stan Rousseau. Dear brother of Jim (Cheryl), Janice Rousseau (Glenn Sandham), Gail Brown (Dan), Barb Brown (Patrick), Kathleen Parker (Jim), Karen Rousseau (Bronwyn MacKenzie), Roger (Xiao-Ying Yu).

Beloved son in-law of Gwen Welsh and the late Don. Brother in-law of Lois Bebbington (Greg), Bruce Welsh (Judy), Robert Welsh (Patricia). Ron enjoyed his career as a mold maker. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and his annual family trips to Buckhorn Lake. 

Cremation to take place. Memorial visitation to take place on Friday August 14, 2026, from 10 am until time of service at 11am at Families First Amherstburg, 585 Sandwich Street South. 

Memorial tributes to the Windsor Regional Cancer Center or the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. A special thanks to our families and the Windsor Regional Cancer Center for all of their care and support.
