 Valleau, Anita (Nee Ong)

Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the age of 93. Predeceased by her beloved husband Virgil (1994), her sons David (2020) and Paul (2023) and her parents Bernadette and Noble Ong. Loving mother of Susan Taylor (Ken), Dan (MaryLou), Tim (Seng), Annette Stoehr (Wayne), Patrick, Beth Wiese (Chris Belcher) and Cathy (Jennifer). Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Will be especially missed by her grandpets, Jacob, Theo, Opie, Melody, Killer, Logan, Billie, Toast and Berry. 

Predeceased by her brother Donald (the late Joanne), and her sister Betty Bergeron (the late Walter) and her nephew Stephen. Also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Visitation will take place at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg, on Monday, June 15, 2026 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Words of Remembrance at 7:30 p.m. Friends are asked to meet at St. Clement Church, 9567 County Rd 11, McGregor on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 for funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations to Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services would be greatly appreciated.
