Passed away peacefully on August 23, 2026 at the age of 90. Dear husband of Sharon. Loving father of Cathy (Greg) Fox, Jimmy (Mary), Jeff (Melinda), Greg (Chris), and Terry (Terri). Beloved grandpa to Carrie, Meghan, Katie, Sara, Alison, Dylan, Rhiannan, Aiden, and Kaylyn. Great grandpa to Emma, Charlie, and Maverick. Son of late Eugene and Hilda. Predeceased by all his siblings and missed by many nieces and nephews. 

John was an electrician at Arrow Metal, after starting his career on Bob-Lo Island. He enjoyed golfing and bowling and was an avid walker around town. 

Visitation at Families First on Wednesday August 26, 2026, from 5-8 pm. Visiting continues on Thursday from 10am until time of services at 11:30am. Cremation to follow.
