Resident suggests putting future of Open Air Weekends on the ballot

This article that I am writing about is the Open Air Weekends. 

This Open Air Weekends have been debated by council for the last few years. 

My suggestion is why don’t we put this question to the voters? 

Put a question on the ballot asking “are you in favour of the closing of the streets for weekends for three months straight or would you rather have them closed once a month?”
