Richmond St. resident would appreciate drivers slowing down

I’d like to welcome everybody to the newly paved Richmond Street Raceway. 

For those of you who race towards Simcoe Street and who don’t care about the safety of children, seniors or pets, I’m sure this is dream come true. 

For the rest of us who live here we don’t appreciate your self-centred attitude.
