Canadian Blood Services held a blood donor clinic in the downstairs community room at the Libro Centre in Amherstburg last Thursday afternoon. Amherstburg firefighters from all three stations attended a fire at a duplex on Kingsbridge Dr. Tuesday morning. A damage estimate was not available as of press time but fire chief Michael Mio said four people were taken to hospital due to smoke inhalation.
