Amherstburg Municipal Building A member of town council wants more information on litigation the town is connected to. Councillor Diane Pouget requested “a complete report” from administration of any pending lawsuits against the Town of Amherstburg, estimated costs to defend the town and how the town will pay for the possible expenses. Members of the Windsor Police Service Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) stated May 15 it had issued a total of 234 enforcement actions over the last four days, including three stunt driving stops Thursday, May 14. One of those three stunt driving charges was laid in Amherstburg.
