Donors sign up at Legion

A pair of donations were made last Thursday night as part of fundraising for a new sign at Royal Canadian Legion Fort Malden Branch 157. Executive member Laura Lucier accepted a $2,615.82 donation from Ladies Auxiliary president Penny Stein (above) as that was the proceeds from the Feb. 2 dinner fundriaser. Trish Ford, another member of the Legion’s executive, donated $1,000 on behalf of her family (below). Donations for the new sign are still being accepted at the Legion. The sign is expected to be installed this summer.
