Resident calls for the removal of the American flag from town property

Approximately a year ago, I wrote a letter to the RTT which was published to have the American flag removed from town property.

The Trump administration made derogatory remarks insulting the 158 Canadian soldiers that died in Afghanistan fighting to protect American sovereignty. 

Trump has constantly attacked our sovereignty and has increased that attack. Would Palestine fly an Israeli flag? No. Would Ukraine fly a Russian flag? No.

The USA flag must be removed from town property.
