Woofa-Roo cancelled for 2026

The Woofa-Roo Pet Festival will not be back in 2026, but organizers are looking at a 2027 return.

In a post on its social media pages, it reads: “It is with mixed emotions that we announce the cancellation of Woofa~Roo Pet Fest 2026. While many of the festival elements are well underway for June 2026, unforeseen positive changes in my business and personal schedules will prevent me from dedicating the level of time and attention required to produce an event of this scale. This is not the end of Woofa~Roo Pet Fest, we will return in our usual pet and family friendly style! I sincerely apologize to our dedicated volunteers, vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, and, of course, our loyal attendees for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. I look forward to resuming Woofa~Roo in 2027 and wish you all the very best in the year ahead.”

The event is led by Lorene Clayton with a series of volunteers helping to present it annually.
