Four people taken to hospital as a result of fire call on Kingsbridge Drive
Amherstburg firefighters from all three stations attended a fire at a duplex on Kingsbridge Dr. Tuesday morning. A damage estimate was not available as of press time but fire chief Michael Mio said four people were taken to hospital due to smoke inhalation. Four people were transported to hospital early Tuesday morning as a result of a fire call in the Kingsbridge subdivision. No injuries after Amherstburg firefighters respond to McDonald Avenue call
Amherstburg fire contained to rear bedroom of home. The Amherstburg Fire Department battled a fire in a home in Amherst Pointe Feb. 23. Fire chief Michael Mio said at approximately 6 p.m. Monday, the Amherstburg Fire Department responded to the 100 block of McDonald Avenue for a reported residential structure fire.
