Fatal house fire subject of arson investigation
The Windsor Police Service states it is conducting an arson investigation following a fatal house fire on Texas Road last Friday night. According to Windsor police, officers responded to an active residential fire in the 100 block of Texas Road shortly before 9:30 p.m. July 3.
