The spring season for the Miracle League of Amherstburg is underway. President Shawn Dufour said they have 182 players on nine teams. Four games are played every Saturday, weather permitting. New volunteers are always welcome, but Dufour is happy with those who have been turning out to assist. Dufour added there will also be a mini-golf event at Ure’s Country Kitchen May 31. Players can golf for free but the general public is $5 per person. Proceeds go to the Miracle League.
