Wolves sr. boys volleyball team returns to winning ways

The Wolves snapped a three-match losing streak last Wednesday with a two sets to one win over the visiting Cardinal Carter Cougars. Admirals take three of four points last week
Admirals’ centre Allan Djordjevic, right; faceoffs against Mooretown’s Lucas Ross in Thursday’s game played in Harrow. After five straight losses, the Amherstburg Admirals seem to be back on track. The Admirals built up a 4-1 lead and went on to beat the Walpole Island Wild 5-3 last Saturday night at the Libro Centre. Minor League pickleball teams play on Amherstburg courts
The Detroit-Windsor Drive pickleball team was in Amherstburg recently playing a tournament on the courts at the Libro Centre. The Drive play in the Canadian National Pickleball League. Minor league pickleball players were in Amherstburg for a one-day competition to prepare themselves for their league finals.
