Stuff-A-Fire-Truck toy drive helps more families this year
Firefighters and community volunteers gathered at Amherstburg Fire Station #1 to sort and pack boxes of toys as part of the “Stuff-A-Fire-Truck” toy drive. The Amherstburg Firefighters’ Association held its annual “Stuff-A-Fire-Truck” toy drive and it concluded over the weekend. Members of the association collected the new, unwrapped toys and pajamas from participating businesses last Friday and spent Saturday morning at Amherstburg fire station #1 packing the boxes. Diageo retirees help out
Amherstburg Community Services (ACS) was pleased to welcome Paul Pouget (left), vice chair of the Diageo Retirees, and chairperson Nikki Dufour (right) as they delivered a generous donation of canned goods along with a monetary contribution of $687.
